Allied health, built around the person
Allied Pathways was established to give NDIS participants and Support at Home clients across Melbourne easier access to high-quality Nutrition Support, Speech Pathology, Exercise Physiology, Nursing and Occupational Therapy — delivered at home, in the community, or via telehealth from our Glen Waverley base, by clinicians who take the time to understand their goals.
Having five disciplines under one practice means care is coordinated, not siloed — our Speech Pathologist and Dietitian plan mealtime safety together for clients with swallowing difficulties, rather than each working in isolation. Mandarin-speaking clinicians are also part of our team, for clients and families who prefer to communicate in Mandarin.

From swallowing-safe meal planning to home modifications, plans are built around the client's own routines and goals — not a one-size-fits-all template.
Evidence-based
Our clinicians hold current AHPRA, Dietitians Australia, Speech Pathology Australia or ESSA credentials, and apply frameworks like IDDSI for swallowing safety.
Collaborative
We confirm funding and next steps within 2 business days of a referral, and keep Support Coordinators, GPs and Care Partners in the loop with clear reporting.
