How much does an NDIS Occupational Therapist cost?
As at 1 July 2026, the NDIS Pricing Schedule set a maximum price of $193.99 per hour (national) for Occupational Therapy — we charge in line with this published limit. Occupational Therapy is most commonly funded under Capacity Building (Improved Daily Living), and we work with self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed participants. Support at Home, DVA and private fee-for-service may also apply.
Price limits change each financial year — see the current published rates at ndis.gov.au/providers/pricing-arrangements, or read our plain-English funding guide for how each pathway works.
