NDIS Dietitian in Melbourne

Accredited Practising Dietitian support for NDIS participants and Support at Home clients — at home, in the community, or via telehealth across Melbourne.

Who this helps

Dietitian support for complex nutrition needs

Our Accredited Practising Dietitians work with NDIS participants and older Australians who need more than generic diet advice — including people managing swallowing difficulties, tube feeding, malnutrition risk, or a health condition where food and nutrition play a central role in staying well and independent.

  • Malnutrition & unplanned weight change
  • Texture-modified diets & dysphagia-safe meal planning
  • Enteral (PEG/NG) tube feeding management
  • Chronic disease nutrition (diabetes, renal, cardiac)
  • Mealtime support planning for carers & support workers

Our Difference

Two things we see less often elsewhere

Sports dietetics

For NDIS participants and other clients who are active or training, not just managing illness — nutrition support that fits an active lifestyle, not just a clinical one.

Low-FODMAP diets for IBS

Structured, evidence-based low-FODMAP dietary support for clients managing irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) alongside their NDIS or Support at Home goals.

Funding

How much does an NDIS Dietitian cost?

As at 1 July 2026, the NDIS Pricing Schedule set a maximum price of $178.99 per hour (national) for Dietetics — we charge in line with this published limit. Nutrition Support is most commonly funded under Capacity Building (Improved Daily Living or Improved Health and Wellbeing), and we work with self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed participants. Support at Home, Medicare (GP Chronic Condition Management Plans), DVA and private health extras cover may also apply.

Price limits change each financial year — see the current published rates at ndis.gov.au/providers/pricing-arrangements, or read our plain-English funding guide for how each pathway works.
